Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has published an employment notification for the recruitment of Enforcement Officer/ Accounts Officer with the vacancy of 421 posts for the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation and Ministry of Labour sectors.

Eligibility Criteria:

Nationality: Indian citizen

Age limit: Below 30 years

Qualifications:

i) Bachelor’s degree in Law/Integrated Five Years Degree in Law/Masters in Business Administration/Post Graduate Diploma in Management/Company Secretary/Chartered Accountants/Cost and Management Accountant

ii) Two years’ experience in Administration/Accounts/Legal Matters in any government or Private Organisation (Optional).

Selection Criteria:

A pen & paper based Recruitment Test (RT) to short-list the candidates for Interview for recruitment to the posts of Enforcement Officers/Accounts Officers will be conducted by the Commission on the date of Interview.

Probation: 2 years

Duties:

Duties of Enforcement Officer/Accounts Officer inter alia are to look after the work of Enforcement, Recovery, Accounts, Administration Cash, Legal, Pension and Computer which includes the statutory and administrative functions like conducting inquiry settlement of claims, general administration maintenance of Cash Book/ administration, maintenance of Cash Book/Reconciliation of Bank Statements, MIS returns, etc.

Salary Details:

Rs 43,500/- to 55,200/-

How to Apply Online for UPSC 2020 -Enforcement Officer/ Accounts Officer Vacancy:

1. Go to the official Website link which is given below and click on the Application form.

2. Candidate must read the instructions carefully before making any entry or selecting options. Candidate should supply all the required details while filling up the online form. Mandatory fields are marked with * (asterisk) sign.

3. The filling of the online application consists of two parts.

4. In Part I registration, the candidate will have to fill basic personal information. On submission of details, the candidate will be prompted to check the details and make the correction, if any, in the application.

5. Candidate must press the “Click Here to Proceed” button after he /she finds that information supplied by him /her is in order and no correction is required. Thereafter no correction/modification shall be allowed in Part-I.

6. When the “Click Here to Proceed” button is pressed, a page with Application No. will be generated. Please note down the Application number or take a print out of the page. Application No. will be required to proceed with the Part-II of the application.
The application is incomplete without payment (if applicable), uploading of scanned photograph & signature, uploading of ID proof certificate and Selection of Centre.

7. Part-II application form consists of the following Stages.
i) Payment details (except for fee exempted candidates)
ii) Uploading of Photograph and Signature
iii) (a)Selection of examination center (b) Uploading of ID proof certificate

8. After filling Photo ID number in Part –I registration, the candidate must upload a scanned ID proof certificate in the Part –II part of Online Application form.

9. There is no need to upload any certificate except for a scanned ID proof certificate.

10. When all the modules (Payment details, Photo, and Signature, Centre selection) are finalized, click “Final submit” to complete the online application process.
Candidates are advised to kindly note down the Application numbers and take a print out of their final submitted online application form.

11. On the successful completion of your complete application, an auto-generated email will be sent on your registered email-id. In case an email is not received by you please ensure that submission of Part-II of the Application has been made by you.

12. A scanned photograph should be in JPG format. The digital size of the file must be less than 300 kb and greater than 20 kb and resolution 1000-pixel height by 1000-pixel width.

13. A scanned signature should be in JPG format. The digital size of each file must be less than 300 kb and greater than 20 kb and resolution 350-pixel height by 350 Pixel.

14. Candidates can pay the application fees online through credit card/debit card or through SBI net banking or by cash through SBI bank challan.

15. To pay the fee in cash, the candidate should take a printout of challan generated online after completion of registration. The candidate may go to the nearest SBI branch for depositing fees.
16. Those who want to pay online through the SBI portal can go directly during the submission of online forms.
